Here are some things about Molly this month:
She weighs 14 lbs 4 oz and is 24 inches long. She's in the 90th percentile.
She got her two month shots today which was no fun but it puts my mind at ease.
She is wearing 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.
She is nursing 6 times a day and 1-2 times at night.
She takes 5 naps a day in her room, 2 hours each (still in our room at night).
She sleeps in her carseat. That's right--all the time, even at night. It is the only place that she will sleep well so we are just going with it!
She sometimes goes right back to sleep after eating in the middle of the night, but sometimes Mommy (or more often Daddy) gets up with her for a little while.
She is becoming a better sleeper little by little.
She likes to be swaddled.
She doesn't really like her pacifier but Mommy is still trying to get her to. :)
She likes her activity mat and her swing when she is awake.
She likes tummy time.
She likes to be face to face with whoever is holding her, right up close.
She likes to watch her brother.
She can roll over from her tummy to her back.
She loves to coo and "talk." We LOVE hearing her sweet sounds.
Molly is a sweet sweet girl and such a blessing. We are so very thankful that the Lord blessed us with this little girl! Graham loves her and always makes sure that she is included in everything we do. He also keeps tabs on where she is.
I feel like I am finally starting to get my feet under me. For a month or so I was wondering if I could really handle two kids, a dog, and all the cooking, cleaning, and laundry! We have now gotten into a schedule and routine that works for everybody. Adjusting to having 2 was a bit harder than I had bargained for, but we are certainly getting there now.
